What’s A Single Christian To Do?

March 13th, 2008 by cyndebeil

By Sonya Triggs It’s Saturday night. You’re sitting at home. Your phone has not rung in the past few hours. As a matter of fact, your phone hasn’t rang much in the last two weeks (other than the bill collectors). You sit there. You pull up the movie offerings on Comcast. And you wonder - ‘Is this what life is all about?’ You think to yourself - ‘Shouldn’t I be out with someone?’ And, even if you didn’t want to go out, shouldn’t someone at least have called so that you could have the pleasure of saying no? Or should you call someone to ask him or her out, though you’re sure they’ll say no? I mean, it’s not like you don’t have other options - as much as you don’t want to use them. You would call your ‘girls’, but you’re starting to think you’re related to them because you see them so much. Or, you could call the ‘fellows’, but one more made up story about how many girls your one friend has will definitely send you over the edge. So what’s a girl or boy to do? First, let’s ask ourselves - is it okay to be home, alone, on a Saturday night? Are you the butt of some cosmic joke that is destined to make you a permanent bachelor or bachelorette? Though it may seem this way at times, it is simply not so! Being single is a great thing. And, if it makes you feel any better, you can rest assured in the knowledge that you are not alone. Being single (by choice or by circumstance) simply means being called to ’singleness’. This means you are solo in life, but not in your friendships, with your family or as a valuable, contributing member of society. In other words, you don’t have a mate, but you have everything else a healthy individual needs to enjoy life. You have a job (and if you don’t, being single gives you plenty of time to look for one!). You have your family, and you may or may not have children, so you are not lonely. You have your friends, so you have people who will talk to you or hang out with you. You have yourself (and if you find you get bored with your own company, then you might really have a problem!). But, most importantly, you have God. Sometimes God is overjoyed at our singleness. His joy is the equivalent of your being on a diet and eating half a fat-free popsicle every day and then, whoo-hoo, getting to eat a whole pint of Haagen Dazs (or maybe it’s just me)! If your life is like most people’s, you are probably pretty darned busy most of the time with life, family career and church. And, when you were in a relationship, you were probably busy with the talks, the dates, the drama and the like. So you probably don’t have a whole lot of time for God in the first place. But being single works in your favor - you have more time to spend with God, more time to pray and more time for the solitude required to develop a true walk with God. Because this is when He can truly work on you! It says in the Bible that a single person seeks to please the Lord, but a married person seeks to please his or her spouse. The inference is obvious - when you are married, your mind shifts to other priorities. Even if you were domesticated before, now there’s double-duty - double the dishes, double the money to do your grocery shopping, double the trash to take out, double the cars to service, and double the time spent with another person. Double the time, but still only one you. Being single is the perfect time to devote yourself to God! And to let Him develop you into the Christian He wants you to be. This is not to say that you should never go out. Go out, have some good, clean fun. Mr. or Mrs. Right is out there somewhere waiting for you and he or she will put in an appearance - at the right time. But, until then, take advantage of your free time! Get in tune with God (because, believe me you’ll need it when you get married), re-discover who you are, spend time with your friends, and become more committed at church. More importantly, spend ‘quality’ time with God. He wants you to. And you need to, to maintain joy, happiness, and peace of mind. Date sometimes, but spend time with God all the time. And - here’s a bonus - you just might find that spending all that time with God has put you on the fast track to spiritual maturity which will lead to finding the mate of your dreams even sooner! Global Market in the Cyber world-Go and Get It !

March 9th, 2008 by cyndebeil

By Ray Smith With the Internet opening up the doorway to the global market, everybody is up and running to reap the maximum benefit of this widely used medium. Not only has Internet gained importance as an important medium of communication but also has given a platform to thousands of people to nurture their entrepreneurship and realize their dreams of self-employment. The designer community is the group that are harvesting the maximum benefit in this global market. To keep with the pace, every business concern, big or small, are putting in resources to create their cyber identity. They need websites for business, banners for advertisements, corporate logos to establish their brand identity and for all these they need designers. Given this market scenario, and the advantage of having a global market in the cyber world, distance is no longer a factor for the right person, neither are companies concerned to assign there designing projects to people living a few thousand miles away from them. From the perspective of a client, it is quiet natural to be a bit shaky and anxious about paying someone they would never see, to do something so important, that might affect the companies business. Going traditionally, most companies would like to work with employees working in front of them. However, these things will never be a factor, once you think of the benefits that you get out of it. Internet allows you to look into the best design services available all across the world. You need not have to limit yourself to the designers in your own city, state or country but free to assign the project to anyone that you see fit, irrespective of the physical location of the person. You also save on cost, as you might find that there are many equally competent individuals providing wonderful designs at a much lower rate compared to some small business house attaching a big price tag for that work. But this is just one side of the coin. The designers are also happy with the situation. They are getting a global market to sell their service and some of them who are able to do a real good work are also developing good global reputation, seating at their home. One other factor that I should definitely mention is that with the Asian countries like India, Japan, Singapore, all coming into this market with highly skilled workforce, it gets more easy for the advanced countries like USA and other European Countries to get their job done at a much lower price. These countries have designers who can compete, if not beat, the designers across the world in quality and definitely in price. However, there are certain factors that any prospective client should consider before assigning a project to any designer over the Internet. The first thing to do is to check the portfolio of the person, if the designer has got a website, check the website, check the works that he has showcased in his portfolio section, you can also ask for a few references and cross check. These references definitely help you to determine the reputation of the designer. If they have been working for a while, they should be able to provide you with references from past clients, attesting to their professionalism, ability to complete the job and the quality of job done by them. The next factor that you need to consider is the price that you are paying for your design work. Depending on the factor whether, your designer is a reputed designing firm or just a one-man designing company, you get to negotiate the price. Before you finally assign the project to the designer insist on a formal contract. With the advent of the Internet, most of the designers will not send you a snail mail but will be able to email a contract and once both of you agree to the terms and conditions you can definitely go ahead. Most professional company would use a form mail on their website where you can put in your order details and payment details and once the payment is processed they will start off with your work, while sending you an order confirmation mail. To have a satisfactory design from any designing company, you need to remember it is the joint responsibility for the designing company and the client. The client should provide a proper brief for the project, what are the specifications, any concepts that they might like to utilize in the design. There should be proper communication flow between the two parties and the promptness of replies will definitely affect the time consumed on the project. The Internet has given the small businesses and individual entrepreneurs an unbelievable opportunity to compete with the large firms in equal terms. At the same time it has thrown open a chance for the prospective clients to choose their service provider from the global market while paying the lowest possible price. Today any business, irrespective of its nature, should be aimed at the global market. So, do not limit yourself, go out and get the most of it ! Effective Marketing

March 8th, 2008 by cyndebeil

By Susan Prince For any business to be successful whether on or offline it has to be marketing effectively. You are going to need more than a great looking site with fabulous products or services to obtain success. You will need to run an effective marketing campaign and for this you will need a marketing plan. To obtain online success you will have to be involved in planning from day 1 and you will have to work seriously if you intend to earn a decent living. You will need an action plan and this should start with targeting your market. Doing business without knowing who your customers are will prevent you from reaching your objectives. EG:Increased sales, Market share, and Brand awareness. Learn who your customers are and find out their real needs then you can offer tailored products and services and real solutions that will work for them. Your first step is to find and sell to your targeted market. Customers buy for three reasons To satisfy basic needs.
To solve problems
To make themselves feel good Know your product or services strengths and weaknesses. Dont overestimate and disappoint your customers with a lower quality product than expected. To decide which of the customers needs or wants your product or service will satisfy you need to obtain the following information to get acquainted with your customer. Demographic information Age and gender
Ethnic Origin
Family status
Income
Location
Education level
Occupation Psychographics information Lifestyles, hobbies, interest and opinions
Personal behavior
Buying style One of the ways to find the answers to these questions is to conduct a survey. You could place a simple Multi Choose survey onto your website and offer a free gift to anyone filling it out. Its a way of gathering information. Analyze your findings and find out what is like or dislike about your product or service. Make adjustments if necessary Once you have define your market group you must decide how much information you want your customer to know about your product or service in order to convince them to do business with you. If you give out to much information they may switch off and not pay attention to the message. Once you have your message stick with it and keep it focused. KNOW YOUR COMPETITION Make a list of your competitors and take note of their strengths and weaknesses. Are they successful, if so study what them are doing and which of their ads work and what promotions they offer? Can you improve on their product or offer a better incentive for customers to purchase from you KEY YOUR ADS Ensure all your ads are key (A key lets you know where the customer saw your ad) so you can track which ads are successful. Run with the successful ads and delete any, which are not working.
Record all of your results BUILD YOUR RELATIONSHIP Remember once you have your customers to build a relationship with them. You want them to return and buy again. Keep in contact with them. All the best Sue Transform your life, start and build a home business. For ideas and opportunities

Overview of the Fiance Visa Process

March 6th, 2008 by cyndebeil

By John Kunkle The overview of the process of bringing your fianc to America is as follows: The first step is to bring your fianc to America under a Fianc Visa. The second step of the process is to marry your fianc and then apply to convert her temporary Fianc Visa to Permanent Status. Bringing your fianc to America under a fianc visa has several parts to it: The first part consists of your application to the Immigration and Naturalization Service. You are petitioning the INS on behalf of your fianc. You are sponsoring her in her visa application to immigrate to the US. Once the INS approves your application, the visa application package is then forwarded to the appropriate US embassy that handles fianc visas for the geographic region where your fianc lives. The US embassy has its own application requirements you must meet. The embassy then conducts a final interview with your fianc before her K-1 visa is approved. Your petition to the INS must be processed within 120 days by law, from the time all required items are submitted to the INS. If any items required for INS processing are incomplete, the application sits on an INS processors desk until it is complete. The visa application will expire after the 120 days and you must either get an extension or reapply. The following INS forms are required for you to submit a K-1 visa application to the INS: The basic form required is Form I-129F Petition for Alien Fianc. If your fianc has unmarried children under twenty-one years of age, they are eligible to accompany your fianc only if they are listed on this form. Two completed sets of copies of Form G-325A Biographic Data Sheets. One set for you and one set for your fianc. Each set has four pages that must be filled out in quadruplicate (all originals, no copies). Eight pages in total. Other Documentation Required: You will need to provide evidence of U.S. Citizenship: certified copies of your birth certificate, a copy of your U.S. Passport, a copy of your Certificate of Naturalization, or a copy of your Certificate of Citizenship. You will need to send a color photo of both you and your fianc taken within thirty days of filing. The photos must be passport style photographs submitted in the approved format with the individual facing the camera. Do not wear any jewelry or glasses when you are taking these pictures. See this INS website for complete instructions regarding how the photos are to be taken: http://uscis.gov/graphics/publicaffairs/newsrels/04_08_02Photo_flyer.pdf You will need certified copies, and certified copies of translations into English if necessary, of birth certificates, divorce decrees, death certifications, or annulment decrees if either you or your fianc have been previously married. Lately, the INS has stated that they do not need certified copies of documents to process fianc visa applications. However, the INS and US embassy personnel may question a copy of any document that is submitted, with the resulting delay in your application. To be safe, have certified copies of all documents and certified translations of translated documents. If they are certified documents, INS and embassy personnel will not be able to challenge the authenticity of the documents. John has been to Russia and CIS countries many times. He has been successfully married to his Belarussian wife for over five years. He will show you how to meet her, how to bring her home, and how to successfully survive marriage to a Russian woman. He will show you how too.

7 Secrets for Raising Responsible Teenagers

March 2nd, 2008 by cyndebeil

By Susan Heim There are many ways to raise a child, and every child is different. Therefore, there is no magic formula for raising good teens. Excellent parents can still have problem children, and good children come out of bad homes. But by staying closely involved in your children’s lives, even when they don’t appear to need you as much anymore, you’ll be teaching them the lessons they need to learn to be the successful and happy adults you’d like them to be. Here are some pointers for keeping teens on the right track: 1. Love them. Tell your teens that you love them every day. They may be too embarrassed to return those words at this stage in their lives, but it’s temporary. Some day, they’re going to remember that you always told them you loved them, no matter what. When they do something wrong, emphasize that you still love them, even if you don’t love their behavior. Teens tend to overdramatize when they’re yelled at and say, “You don’t care about me.” Make sure they understand that you can still love someone even if you’re not happy with their actions. 2. Don’t be afraid to set limits. You don’t need to be your teens’ best friend. If you feel uncomfortable about them going somewhere, put your foot down. Sometimes, they really want an excuse to tell their friends “no,” and what better reason than, “My mom won’t let me go!”? Don’t be afraid to be the “meanie.” It means you care. 3. Get them involved in something outside themselves. Teenagers benefit greatly from attending religious youth groups or community-based teen groups. These groups often place a strong emphasis on thinking about others while having fun. Mission trips and community service opportunities often become some of the greatest experiences of teens’ lives and a good lesson in seeing that others have it much worse than they do. 4. Emphasize the importance of family. Kids need an anchor, a sense of belonging to “something.” Stress the fact that your family is a team. And encourage your kids to spend time with their extended family, such as grandparents, aunts and uncles and cousins. Eat dinner together several times a week, and talk about your day rather than watching TV. 5. Make them help out. Your kids may tease you by saying that you wanted kids just so you’d have household help, but don’t let that discourage you from insisting that they participate in taking care of the home. Teens are old enough to do their own laundry, clean their rooms, scrub the bathroom, do the dishes, and anything else that you do. You’re doing your kids (and their future spouses) a favor by teaching them how to take care of themselves and a household. Don’t back down just because they complain or do a shoddy job. All family members should be required to pitch in. And don’t give them allowance for things they should be doing anyway, like keeping their rooms neat. Give them cash for extra jobs, like mowing the lawn, washing the car, etc. 6. Respect their choices. Let’s face it: Our kids are never going to be the little clones we’d hoped to raise — people who would act and think exactly as we do! Teenagers are constantly trying to figure out who they are and what they believe. Don’t criticize their choice of music (unless it’s particularly violent), hairstyle, clothing, etc. Take a look at your old high-school pictures, and you’ll see that your own children’s experimentation is perfectly normal! Yes, they’re still kids, but they want to be treated as adults. Exerting total authority over them is bound to backfire. For the things that are temporary, let them have the choice. Blue hair will grow out. (Tattoos, however, won’t. Say “no” to them.) 7. Teach them about future consequences. Kids need to know you won’t be taking care of them forever. Express the importance of education to enable them to get a good job. Explain to them how their actions today greatly impact the future. They’re not likely to be able to have the things they want if they have a criminal record or lack a high-school diploma. Show them how much a car and a house cost. Go over a monthly budget with your children so they see how much money it takes to feed a family, pay the utilities, provide housing and transportation, and so on. Kids tend to take these things for granted. They need to think about how their parents are able to provide these things, and how they’ll be able to do the same when they’re adults. Today’s world provides many temptations and poor examples for adolescents, but parents are still kids’ most important teachers. Your teens need you now, more than ever, to be present in their lives. The appropriate balance of love and discipline will allow your teenagers to grow up in an environment where they will blossom into caring and responsible adults. Susan M. Heim is the author of “Oh, Baby! 7 Ways a Baby Will Change Your Life the First Year” and “It’s Twins! DUI Arrest Urgent First Steps

March 1st, 2008 by cyndebeil

By Tim H When you’re first arrested for a DUI or drunk driving charge you are given a literal TON of conflicting information from the courts, the DMV, DUI lawyers, and of course the good old internet. So this article will hopefully serve to clarify a few things for you so you can make the best decisions for yourself and your future. Of the most urgent concern for you to now think about is preserving your driving privileges with the DMV. Go through all the paperwork you have that the police officer gave you the night of your DUI arrest. You should find a paper license (it’s probably a pink piece of paper) that allows you to drive for a certain amount of days from the date of issue. The amount of days that the piece of paper allows you to drive is different depending on the state you were arrested for DUI in but typically it’s roughly about 10 days. So ten days after your DUI arrest you will lose your driving privilege UNLESS you file for a DMV administrative hearing which the details should be listed for you on that piece of paper. You do not need a DUI lawyer to file this for you or anything like that. Even if you end up canceling the hearing later on it’s a good idea to go ahead and schedule one. What this will do is extend your driving privilege until the hearing actually takes place. Depending on how backed up the DMV is with these driver license hearings it could be months… and you will be allowed to drive for these months. So the point is find that piece of paper (the paper license) and locate the telephone number on the back that instructs you as to exactly how to schedule your DMV administrative hearing. After you have successfully scheduled your hearing you’ll then want to consider defending yourself from being convicted. To do that you should strongly consider hiring a DUI lawyer and learning everything you can on the subject of DUI law and how it will affect you. The Information Association, LLC publishes DUI cost saving information for those with DUI related offenses. Their list of publications include the leading industry publication “The DUI Process Manual” which can be found at http://www.duiprocess.com The DUI Process Manual has helped thousands save considerable amounts of money on everything from legal fees to auto insurance and court costs as well as enabling people to clear their DUI records and successfully pass pre-employment background checks. It is a must have resource if you have a DUI or even an old DUI conviction record. The Focal Infection- Patients must be Examined Infected Teeth, Gum Disease, Tonsil Tags

February 27th, 2008 by cyndebeil

By George Meinig It is shocking that physicians and dentists
seldom investigate the possible presence of
other focal infection sources as part of
their preoperative bacterial endocarditis
prevention programs. Patients must be
examined to determine the presence of any
infected teeth,gums,tonsil tags or other
possible sources of focal infection. Then, too, in view of Dr. Price’s work,
patients should be queried about any past
root canal treated teeth, as they may not
only be a factor in the current disease
problem, but could actually be a cause of it.
Martin H. Fischer, M.D.,a prolific writer of
medical books during the 1940s,had this to say: “Focal infection started in a tooth is
obviously no trivial matter! From it are
destined to flow into the periphery (other
gland, organs and tissues) what amounts to
unexpected and acute orchronic invalidism
at the best; at the worst, death.” Perhaps now we can truly evaluate how
unfortunate it was Dr. Price’s research
was covered up and buried all these years.
When you think of all the excellent research
accomplished by those mentioned in this chapter,
it might lead you to think this subject is
now clarified and out in the open. However,
the fact is only a handful of dentists in
the country have any knowledge about Dr. Weston
Price’s work. Although recent studies have
been published in scientific journals, I
dare say very few dentists or physicians in
the country have read or know anything
about their content. Of course, both dentists and physcians are
familiar with the risks causing endocarditis
by way of dental treatment, but for most
health professionals this book will probably
be their first introduction to the phenomenal
extent of the focal infection problem. It has not been uncommon in the history of medicine
for a major advance in the cure of disease to be buried
for long periods of time as a result of controversy. When the theoies behind a research endeavor become “dated,”
the inevitable question arieses as to what follow-up studies
have confirmed the original premises. In Dr. Price’s case
there have been many; since then, 15 key studies are listed. Dr. Milton I. Rosenau, professor of Preventive Medicine,
Harvard Medical School, did many experiments using dogs and
other animals. A good example was transferring the ulcerative
colitis of a patient to several kind of animals. Colleagues
at the time criticized his finding streptococcus the most
common bacteria involved in degenerative disease, but it
confirmed Dr. Price’s discoveries and still holds true today. About author:

research program, conducted by Weston A. Price, DDS, under the auspices of the American Dental Association’s Research Institute, was buried by disbelievers of the focal infection theory.
Along the way, Dr. Meinig has received many recognition citatons and awards, both Nationally and internationally.

A Chef Here, A Chef There, Chefs, Chefs Everywhere!

February 26th, 2008 by cyndebeil

By Terry Kaufman You are in a 5-star restaurant, seated at a table set with pristine tablecloths and napkins (how do they fold them so fancifully?). The bone china plates are gleaming, as well as the many kinds of glassware sitting on the table, surrounded by beautifully polished silverware (no stainless steel here!). The wait staff hover by your elbow, in anticipation of your slightest whim. How could anything be more perfect? But wait! What is that organized chaos you can see when the kitchen doors swing open? It is WHAT?!?!! It is a positive human ant colony, running in every combination known to man. Some ants are chopping vegetables while# others are artistically assembling decadent chocolate desserts. One is laboriously stirring a huge pot containing some exotic sauce. As quickly and as diligently the worker ants are toiling, there is someone of supreme authority and sheer talent standing in the middle of the kitchen, always screaming at one ant or another for the smallest infraction of the kitchen rules or protocol. What is this convoluted society? Yes, it is the Master Chef and his minions, turning out extraordinary entrees and desserts to the sophisticated diners who are beginning to get restless. Get the food on the table! Now!! So now you have had a good glimpse into a working kitchen. Is there any organization to it or to its workers? You bet your bippy there is. Let us start at the top of the chefs ladder and work ourselves down to ground level. The Boss Ant, or the Chef de Cuisine, is the ruling force of the kitchen. He is the one who makes all the creative decisions, including taking responsibility for what food will be chosen and how it is to be cooked. Generally speaking, he is a high profile celebrity, giving the restaurant his personality. He is not in the kitchen very often but in an emergency, will step down from his dais and actually cook. The next step down is the Executive Chef. He is part of the top management structure of his restaurant. He is primarily one who is a pencil pusher. He plans the menus, makes recipes, and manages matters financial. He cooks occasionally. Most of the time the Executive Chef replaces the Chef de Cuisine. Unless the restaurant is a huge enterprise, there really is no need for a Chef de Cuisine when, in reality, the Executive Chef is qualified to do it all, including hiring and firing. Now we come to the next rung down on our ladder. The Sous Chef is a very busy person. Despite his title, he is entrusted with all kinds of responsibilities from deciding on the daily specials (what kind of vegetable was bought in too great a quantity yesterday?), doing inventory, supervising the staff, and taking care of whatever responsibilities are hanging there in kitchen limbo. He may have aspirations one day of owning his own restaurant upon which to mold his personality. He looks to the future. The Expediter is the liaison between the paying guests and the line cooks. He makes sure a table gets all its food simultaneously. He is the one who soothes ruffled feathers, no matter which side of the kitchen passthrough counter. He needs to be on top of things at all times. A step further down are the Station Chefs or Chefs de Partie who are in charge of various food stations. It is their job to keep on schedule. The Sauce Chef or Saucier does sauces, stews, and hot hors doeuvres. He sauts dishes to order and is the highest link of the chefs de partie. Fish dishes come from the Fish Cook of Poissonier. The Vegetable Cook or Entremetier is responsible for preparing vegetables, soups, starches, and eggs. (Funny - you would think the soups would come from the saucier. Oh,well.) Roasted and braised meats come from the Roast Cook or Rotisseuer, along with gravies and broiled meats. If a kitchen is a large enough enterprise, there might be a separate Broiler Cook or Grillardin who will also deep fry meats and fish. Next to last in this category is the Pantry Chef or Garde Manger who does cold foods such as salads and dressings, pats, cold hors doeuvres, or buffet items. Finally comes the Pastry Chef or Patissier who is responsible for desserts and pastries, often in an area of the kitchen where it is cooler and there is less of a chance of anyone accidentally bumping into fragile and delicate spun sugar or a souffl that is already to collapse on its own. We have descended the chefs ladder all the way down to the worker ants or Line Cooks. Theses industrious people are the ones who can make or break a meal for they alone are left responsible for prep work like chopping vegetables into a million tiny pieces. One last thought: Chefs wear snowy white chefs jackets and an equally white toque to sit on his head. Why is it you never see a chef coming out to speak to the patrons in the dining room with a jacket splashed with some sticky sauce? I cannot even eat spaghetti without it adorning me from head to toe. Not fair!!! Benefits Of A Eucalyptus Plant

February 25th, 2008 by cyndebeil

By Michael Baker Eucalyptus oil is obtained from the leaves and branches of the eucalyptus plant, or tree, Eucalyptus globulus. The tree originated in Australia, where the aborigines likely discovered its medicinal properties. The oil is extracted through steam distillation, which used about 110 pounds of tree to make 2 pounds of oil. Therapeutic Effect The main ingredient in eucalyptus oil is eucalyptol. This has very strong germicidal and
Disinfectant properties. On a psychological level, it helps to relieve exhaustion and mental sluggishness. Eucalyptus helps with certain Conditions Suppress coughs: Make a chest compress with eucalyptus and massage into the chest. This will help to loosen up the congestion. Purify a sickroom: This is an excellent way of disinfecting a room where someone is, or has been sick. Just diffuse some oil into the air and the germicidal properties will kill the germs in the air, giving you a clean room with clean air. Excellent for the winter time, when it is more difficult to air out the house. Well being: Just apply some eucalyptus oil and massage oil to your pulse or pressure points. Helps with infections: Apply some eucalyptus oil to the bandage, or gauze, and wrap the wound with it. Dandruff: Mix 10 drops of eucalyptus oil with your shampoo. Dont forget to use an all natural shampoo for this. Standard store bought shampoos have SLS and other naturally drying chemicals in their products. The eucalyptus plant provides an excellent aromatherapy product in pure essential eucalyptus oil. This oil is a must have for the medicine cabinet.
